The day was OK nothing fancy about it
Close to the airport, which was a plus plus for us since we were traveling after midnight. The hotel was not like any other millennium hotels across the world. I felt this was more over 3 stuff Hotel.
The breakfast was not really good very basic choices, they only had one shuttle that would take a residence to the harem. They did not have someone to assist to take your luggage to your room as well . The check-in process was very very slow and unless you approach them, they don’t even bother to welcome you or make you feel that you are being seen or heard .

What was the highlight of Millennium Madinah Airport
Overall, it was good, but it fell short of expectations given the price I paid for the stay.
For both breakfast and lunch, the glassware provided was plastic, which I found unexpected for a hotel restaurant. As a frequent traveler who typically stays in premium hotels, this level of service was disappointing. There also seemed to be a shortage of staff to attend to guests. We waited quite a while to get someone’s attention to request water, which was served in a plastic bottle—again, below expectations. Dirty plates were left piling up on our table with no one to clear them. Perhaps setting up a designated table for used silverware and dinnerware could help address staff shortages. Regarding the quality of the food, it was mediocre at best. There needs to be more variety and better flavor. On a positive note, the staff were polite and courteous in their interactions with us.
The staff would benefit from additional training to enhance their understanding and appreciation of diversity and the cultural uniqueness of the guests they serve. Emphasizing professionalism, courtesy, and avoiding stereotypes will help create a more welcoming and respectful experience for all hotel guests.
